Sabíamos que John Barwood viria a Portugal com um Destination Wedding. O trabalho deste fotógrafo já nos era familiar de sites internacionais, e não poderíamos não estar com ele!Pensamos numa entrevista, mas logo as ideias se precipitaram em experimentar uma dinâmica de trabalho num editorial que foi agora publicado  AQUI no site internacional Whimsical Wonderland Weddings.

We knew that John Barwood would come to Portugal with a Destination Wedding. The work of this photographer was already familiar to us from international sites, and we could not not be with him!
We thought about an interview, but soon the ideas rushed to experience a work dynamics in an editorial that has now been published  on the international website Whimsical Wonderland Weddings.

Este editorial que se queria centrado na experiência emocional e local e não em detalhes demasiado fabricados, foi conseguido ainda devido á originalidade de uma blusa e saia de noiva desenhadas pela Pureza Melo Breyner Atelier, que vestiu carácter a personagem da noiva que se divide entre saudade e a esperança.A esta experiência quisemos juntar a Joana e o seu olhar em Vídeo, da Twenty Four Frames Cinematography, e em boa hora acedeu ao nosso convite, o resultado foi como esperávamos sinónimo da sensibilidade que a caracteriza.

This editorial, which was intended to focus on the emotional and local experience and not in too elaborate detail, was still achieved due to the originality of a wedding dress designed by Pureza Melo Breyner Atelier, who dressed in character the character of the bride that divides between saudade and the hope.
To this experience we wanted to join Joana and her look at Video, from Twenty Four Frames Cinematography, and in good time acceded to our invitation, the result was as we expected synonymous with the sensitivity that characterizes her.

O John e a Soph, que como sempre o acompanha, experimentaram Portugal na sua gastronomia, monumentos e até casas de Fado. Surgiu daí o tema que não poderia ser mais português, Saudade.
A nossa Sónia, já acostumada a estas andanças, experimentou mais uma vez ser fotografada. Adorou!
O John é literalmente um atleta de câmara na mão, um caçador de luz, veloz! Demos por ele a cercar e a disparar sobre a Sónia numa velocidade que não é normal. A descer e a subir ravinas para não perder ângulos ou rasgos de luz. Sentimos desde logo que o John pensa na cena em todos os ângulo e percebe onde estão os melhores efeitos de luz e persegue-os sem limites. A caminhada da Sónia sobre a Falésia, foi efetivamente um passeio memorável, para todos nós que a podemos experimentar, durante aquelas horas, sentimos a evasão de um mar lindo, o medo de um precipício, a adrenalina com que John corria e disparava até ao último raio de Sol que se pôs no mar.

John and Soph, who is part of his team, experienced Portugal in their gastronomy, monuments and even houses of Fado. From this, came the theme that could not be more Portuguese, Saudade.
Our Sonia, already accustomed to these wanderings, tried once more to be photographed. Loved it!
John is literally a photographer/athlete, a light-hunt, he is fast! We notest him surround and shoot Sonia at a speed that is not normal. He ran through ravines chasing angles or traces of light. We feelt that John seeks the scene from every angle and realizes where the best light effects are and pursues them without limits.
The Sonia’s walk over the cliff was a memorable experience, for all of us, we felt the escape of a beautiful sea, the fear of a cliff, the adrenaline with which John ran and shot at the last ray of sun that set in the sea.
